Workshops

Cascade Biodiesel is YOUR FACTORY AUTHORIZED FUELMEISTER DEALER. We also carry all the accessories you will need to make your biodiesel production as effortless and efficient as possible.

We regularly hold workshops/demonstrations for anyone interested in learning more about the FuelMeister II and producing biodiesel using the FuelMeister II. We will have some background information on biodiesel, the FuelMeister II, the company that manufactures the FuelMeister II and then actually go through the process of making the fuel. We will show how easy it is to perform a titration test on the oil, which determines the amount of lye needed for the batch, and then go through the mixing of the biodiesel. We will then have an open forum discussion for any questions anyone has along with some additional information. We then will serve lunch cooked on one of our Traeger grills. The workshop usually lasts approximately 4 hours. Cost for the workshop is $20 per person or $30 for a couple, payable in advance to reserve your seat. Seating is limited.
